Elizabeth O’Hara, LCSW-C

My name is Elizabeth O’Hara. I have been in practice for 17 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and approach therapy from an integrative perspective. I see people as individuals with unique life stories who are striving to make meaning from experience, find belonging and achieve fulfillment. I view therapy as a place to examine these stories in a joint effort to learn how people have become who they are and to learn more about the life they would like to live. In addition, I believe that all people have strengths that once identified, have the potential to move them toward the discovery of their own resilience. I specialize in women’s issues and attachment and trauma.
