Sherry Moyer, LMSW

I am a licensed master’s level social worker (LMSW) in both MD and DE. I graduated from Temple University School of Social Work and I also have a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas. With more than 15 yrs of experience developing community-based programs, my clinical expertise has included work with children and adults who are challenged by Autism Spectrum Disorders, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, ADD/ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Developmental Disabilities, explosive behaviors, adjusting to life circumstances, aging and trauma.

I use a blend of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma Informed Care and culturally sensitive communication to support individuals, families and groups across the lifespan. Basically we will work together to identify the challenges, build new skills and improve functioning so YOU consistently see success.

Since the pandemic, people have experienced extraordinary stressors they never imagined would happen to them. More than ever, people need access to effective, compassionate and personalized supports and that is what I work to create for my clients.
